These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SnopDesk (https://app.snopdesk.com), a SaaS platform for WhatsApp-based customer messaging and COD order confirmation. By creating an account or using SnopDesk, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
SnopDesk lets merchants connect their own WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API / Embedded Signup, manage conversations, run AI-assisted order confirmation, and track orders inside a workspace.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
- You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
3. WhatsApp / Meta requirements
When you connect WhatsApp through SnopDesk, you also agree to comply with:
- Meta / WhatsApp Business and Cloud API terms, policies, and commerce policies
- Applicable messaging, spam, and privacy laws in your markets
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent from your WhatsApp number and for obtaining any required consents from your customers.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use SnopDesk to:
- Violate law, Meta/WhatsApp policies, or third-party rights
- Send spam, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other workspaces
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted
- Upload malware or interfere with service integrity
5. AI features
AI replies, transcriptions, and field extraction are assistive tools. You remain responsible for reviewing critical business outcomes (including order details) and for configuring your agent appropriately. Outputs may be inaccurate; do not rely on them as the sole source of truth for legal or financial decisions.
6. Plans, credits & billing
Paid plans, message/AI credits, and limits are described in-product. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with notice for upcoming billing periods.
7. Intellectual property
SnopDesk and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your content (products, messages, customer data you provide). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request deletion.
9. Third-party services
The service depends on third parties (including Meta/WhatsApp, hosting, email, and AI providers). We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by those providers.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOPDESK AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SNOPDESK IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold SnopDesk harmless from claims arising out of your content, your WhatsApp messaging, your customers, or your violation of these Terms or Meta/WhatsApp policies.
13. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal risk, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion as described in the Data Deletion Instructions.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
